As you might know by now, I gave two presentations at the CASE conference for Senior Marketing and Communication Professionals. I copresented an introduction to Web 2.0 and a seminar about crisis communication with Joe Hice, Associate Vice President for Public Relations & Marketing at the University of Florida.
