Take part in the 1st #HigherEd Content Online Conference: Submit a proposal by Feb 26!

To address many requests made after I hosted the Higher Ed Social Media Conference last December and the Higher Ed Analytics Conference last week, I’m happy to announce that Higher Ed Experts will host a new online conference focused on higher ed content, strategy and processes — with YOUR help.

Calling all higher ed content strategists, web writers and other content professionals to the rescue

Come share your content expertise and experience with the larger community by submitting a proposal for a 10-minute session before February 26, 2014 at midnight
(no deadline extension).

Entirely focused on content strategy and digital content processes in higher education, the 1st edition of the Higher Ed Content Online Conference (April 30, 2014) will feature a dozen of sessions presented by higher ed professionals working in institutions just like yours — with content solutions to real higher ed problems.

This online conference aims to be the spring event (because in the fall, there’s ConfabEdu in Atlanta ;-)) for higher ed professionals and teams who want to help their school create better content across all the digital channels (social, mobile, web, etc.)

Want to help advance content strategy and content processes in higher education?

Make sure you share your expertise and experience in 2014 by submitting a presentation proposal for the Higher Ed Content 2014 conference.

I’m looking for a wide array of proposals to create a program that will help institutions across the country (and the world) fix their content issues.

I hope we can put together a good mix of short 10-minute sessions that would ideally cover some (or all) of these important topics:

Ready to fill out the Higher Ed Content 2014 conference call for proposals?

Make sure you submit your proposal ASAP as I will start to review them as soon as they come in.

If you submit early, it gives me a chance to ask any question I might have… and as a result it gives you a better chance to be selected :-) And, it really pays to present as all presenters will get one free online pass worth $400 to attend the conference with their team.

Not ready to present on April 30, 2014, but don’t want to miss the conference?

We will have a limited number of virtual seats.

You can reserve your seats by registering and paying now. The program will be published on March 5, 2014. And, if you don’t like it, you will be able to request a refund until March 12, 2014.
