One thing that I think needs a lot more exploration is mentioned at the end of the posting:

Something that &quot;requires daily commitment from several offices&quot; is a big deal, in terms of overhead. If you can&#039;t measure the ROI it is (rightly) bound to be a target for senior admins who will want its value quantified. I&#039;d be interested in a follow up posting that lists DePaul&#039;s &quot;specific goals,&quot; explains how they were selected, and describes whether they&#039;re being met.
