Podcasting 101: Learn how to podcast from a higher ed podcaster, Dennis Miller
April 15th, 2006 by Karine Joly
Dennis Miller, Mansfield University’s PR director and podcast producer, has just launched a new series on podcast production.
In the first episode Miller explains that he decided to start sharing his experience, mistakes and tips to help other higher ed PR and marketing professionals get into podcasting.
This 10-minute podcast also sums up the different types of podcasts Miller did for Mansfield University with some measurement data as well. The next episode will deal with the tools you need to launch your own podcast. So, go subscribe to this new series now.
This is definitely a great idea — especially coming from Miller who does such a good job producing compelling podcasts for his university.
Something you might want to listen to if you’re still not clear about podcasting or to share with your boss to sell him/her the idea.
And, if you want to learn more about Mansfield University’s admission-oriented podcasts, don’t miss Dennis Miller’s presentation next week at HigherEdBlogCon.
